Refund policy

1. Right of Return
In accordance with EU consumer rights, customers have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This period starts from the day the customer receives the product.
Return Conditions:
● The product must be in its original condition.
● The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, instructions and documentation.
● The returned product must not bear any signs of use and should have all tags/labels and original manufacturer's packaging.
How to exercise your right to return:
● To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us in writing (e-mail or letter) within 14 days. The notification should include the order number, name, address and a statement expressing the decision to return the product.
2. Return Process
After notifying us of the return, the customer has 14 days to return the product. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or does not conform to the order.

Return Process:
● Upon receipt of the returned product and verification of its condition, we will arrange a refund within 14 days. The refund will be made as soon as the package is delivered and checked at the returns warehouse.
● The refund will be made using the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, please provide your bank account number on the return notice.
3. Defective or Damaged Products.
If a product proves to be defective or damaged upon delivery, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund. The customer must notify us of the problem within 7 days of receiving the product.
Steps to report a defective or damaged product:
● Contact our customer service department by emailing support@sidek.pl with your order number, details of the defect or damage, and photos if possible.
● We will arrange to return the product at our expense.
Solution options:
● Repair: We will repair the product and ship it back to the customer.
● Replacement: We will replace the product with a new one.
● Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, we will make a full refund.
4. Terms for Refunds
● Products returned without following the above procedures or outside of the specified time limits may not be eligible for a refund.
● We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund amount if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, features and function.
